Located in a dangerous neighborhood. Super noisy, I asked to be moved to another room and was told that all rooms face the street, so changing rooms wouldn’t fix the problem. Then was told there were slightly less noisy rooms but for an extra fee. Don’t stay here!

It’s 10 m from the airport, the Area is not that great for the price.

Love the staff and the hotel was in a great location but I didn’t like the fact that you have to have the key on for the lights and AC to be on. Breakfast was good and the bed were clean and comfortable.

Staff were nice and efficient, hotel is well kept, room and bedding were good, could not use the a/c because it was badly placed blowing air tight over the bed. I would have chosen a different room instead of choosing a suite for this reason

Nice food friendly staff, nice & clean room.

This is a very nice hotel. I enjoy baths so having a functional bathtub is important. The food is excellent and was happy to see the brunch is no longer so expensive. I have stayed there at least 8 times but not in the past year. The room your company put me in was on the first floor which was upsetting at first but it was still reasonably quiet which for ecuador says a lot. Overall I was very happy with everything although have never used the athletic facilities.
