Amazing service.

The staffs are very are very nice and professional.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was very bad and tasteless, when I tried to bring food and drinks from outside as an alternative they told me they don’t allow. I should have stayed Serena or white sands.

The buffet was finished before the time was up. There was no water in the hotel for several hours. The AC wasn’t working in our rooms.

There was no hot water for the shower

The staff are so kind. The beach is out of this world, gorgeous. Unfortunately the hotel is very outdated and was not very clean. We had roaches and beetles in our room. And none of the sinks worked , they were all clogged. But I need to highlight truly how kind the staff is.

They should do major upgrade

Quietness and the buffet

Was not good ,safe didnt work, food dishes where not very good. Room service was not available aftet 10.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious!..high speed internet and fridge in the room!..will definitely come again.

The Dinner was nice and diverse. The rooms were clean and reasonably new. The pool area was a bit outdated including all other facilities. There werent any Tennis courts even though they were advertised.

This was one of the worst experience in hospitality, I paid online via hotels.com and when I reached there everything was different , staff they are all inexperienced .. the receptionist basically don't keep records of payment ... The restaurant serves you what you didnt order specially if you are Muslim.... And if you don't want you will be billed anyway ..... In short this hotel is a disgrace to hospitality industry

I was happy with the location of the hotel away from the main traffic noise, the security and hotel facilities of swimming & gymn also the beach and cautious staff and affordable cost.
