All three restaurants have only QR code menu. Completely inappropriate for a fist class hotel. Well, this place is not at all what it used to be.

The reservation was confirmed in USD, but at the time of payment, the amount was converted to AOA using an exchange rate about 10% higher than the market rate. As a result, the final amount paid ended up being more than what was originally agreed. To avoid surprises, it's best to pay in advance and in foreign currency whenever possible to lock in the quoted price. As for the hotel: although it's a bit old and the facilities are somewhat outdated, it is well maintained and the service is attentive.

Wonderful service and facilities. Staff was very friendly on the hotel, spa area, Restaurant in front of swimming pool, security staff and others. Internet works great, breakfast buffet is amazing also the food at the restaurant oragami. We had an excellent time at the hotel. Thank you!

Nice hotel, good food and service throughout. Enjoyed the food at the pool bar and Italian restaurant as well as continental breakfast. The only let down was internet didn’t work on my floor but did for others a few floors below (I was on 14) and when I asked they just said it should work but it wasn’t even showing!

All staff were lovely and friendly and very welcoming and ensured my stay was enjoyed. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the Breakfast was very satisfying along with the team who were always looking out for you and helping out where necessary. Decent WIFI and a good clean hotel which I reckon is the best within the city.

Food and drink rates are ridiculously expensive. They have a captive audience I guess. The hotel is very nice, the pools are very nice, but $15 for a liter of water?!?
