Really friendly and helpful staff who are very attentive. Room very comfortable bathroom a little small but adequate. Close to shops and pharmacies and short driving distance from international airport too.

I had checked this hotel out website and really liked the Ambiance. Stayed for 7 nights it was fantastic!! The Hotel lay out was perfect. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurants within Hotel was really good. The Area is safe and I would definitely come back here

A good breakfast and a functional room. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Staff was courteous. The room was too hot. And with air conditioning on it was not cooling down. We asked the front desk to look at it and no word back.

Terrible Terrible! Zero Stars 1. The buffet breakfast lacked variety—especially in terms of fresh fruit. While one or two common options were available, the spread felt uninspired and inadequate for a hotel of this standard. A more diverse and vibrant selection would not only cater to international palates but also reflect the commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. 2. My sister was given very bad room. First the doors to the room did not have dead bolt nobs for extra security. Second, cold showers! I was quite disappointed because my sister was given a room with no hot shower. After a long day of travel, she was looking forward to a warm shower, only to find that the water was consistently cold. Despite adjusting the settings and waiting for several minutes, there was no improvement. A hot shower is a basic expectation in any hotel stay, and it was frustrating not to have this essential comfort after paying all that money. Four points hurlingham is not to expectation. I am quite disappointed.

Fantastic hotel. Super clean. Staff are exceptional and food is very good. WiFi is FAST. I travel to Nairobi regularly and this will be my new "home base."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful viewharli of the surrounding area. The location was convenient, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!”

The staff were soooo warm, welcoming, helpful and kind. I’ve been travelling for many weeks in many countries across Africa and this was by far my best experience.
