I booked this hotel due to the good reviews but my experience was different. The girl working the front desk spoke very limited English, which I am completely fine with, but she chose not to engage with our translator app. We showed her the name of Milestii Mici winery, the Guinness Book of World Records winning winery, and she shook her head that she didn't know it. We were hoping to have her help us call a taxi. There was a leak in the lobby. The breakfast did not taste as good as it looked and we had to wait for a table due to the small dining area. The coffee made at the bar for free was wonderful. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for a wedding across the street. We were lucky to secure a parking space in the parking garage.

Nice hotel in a good location in the city, opposite a beautiful park. Breakfast in the hotel was brilliant. Really appreciated getting a bottle of complimentary drinking water every day.

Good room and breakfast. Dinner was more limited but adequate. The park across the street was very nice and family friendly. Taxi to the airport was punctual. The ride took 15 minutes and cost 91 Lei - about $5.

Awesome service and wonderful food. The room and furniture were dated--but I had reserved the cheapest selection. The rest of the hotel was modern and the staff, service, and food were amazing.

Hotel Jumbo was a great hotel/location for a long weekend in Chisinau. Close to multiple great restaurants and a park; walking distance to the center. We had half pension booked but breakfast would have been sufficient; dinner half pension menu okay but with no option of selecting the wine I want/too much options close by to limit our nice Moldova experience.

The hotel was a little far from the area I expected to be you can't just walk to the main street but you have to use transportation also there was a couple of things I told the reception about the TV issue and the shower was leaking water from the side wall and there was no shampoo in the dispenser so I wasn't too happy about that visit unfortunately so I won't be booking that hotel anymore

Said it was a 4 star hotel so we expected much better. This was more along a 2 star in the US. One of the gentlemen at the front desk was never helpful at all and generally seemed put out by any request. The fridge in the room didn't work and there are no ice machines so we had to go to the bar if they were open to get ice so we could have cold drinks (apparently not a thing over there). Pretty disappointed overall. Room was ok at least it was pretty clean but a bit shabby. AC didn't work very well (again not a thing over there).

Shower head was leaking badly, there were holes in both provided bathroom towels. Staff is hit or miss. Breakfast was good, location is near public transportation, wifi was good.

I go to Chisinau often to see family. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is very close to trolleybus station.

Short stay on a trip to the North of the country but very relaxing one. I could rest well, use the fitness room and find great restaurant in the neighborhood. The room was comfortable enough to rest and do some work as well.Just opposite there is great park.

A good hotel, no problems with the hotel. However the staff was hot and cold, some people where helpful while others were rude and hostile for no reason.

The hotel was good. Good rooms and a great breakfast. Clean rooms. However, the shower was broken and made a mess. Other than that I'd stay here again.
