This is a beautiful modern hotel in a great location. Safe to walk in the area and lots to see. Restaurants on site are abundant and breakfast superb.

We had a really good stay at the Hotel Dann Carlton. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Lots of dining options nearby. The Parque La Carolina and the big Quicentro mall was a short walk away.

I use to go to this hotel more than 12 years ago and they maintain their hi quality in every kind of services, I mean, food, nit and clean rooms, spa, friendly staff and genetosity. I love this hotel, for me the best option in Quito

Very nice property well maintained

Room comfortable and spacious. Fridge in room.Staff very polite. Cleaner a bit forgetful. Forgot to turn TV off, close window of replace bin bag in bathroom. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast very good. Didn't enjoy the spray freshener outside the lifts it was like inhaling cigarette smoke when it sprayed. Street /disco noise outside was a bit annoying, but not the hotels fault. Excellent location

Excelente todo

We were pleasantly surprised as to how four star this hotel seemed. It has a classy lobby, a good location, the room was big and well decorated, a big buffet breakfast, and access to a gym in a pool, which is hard to find in Ecuador.

Stayed 2 nights at the end of our trip. First room was a suite but had a terrible sewer smell from the bathroom. Second room was on a lower floor, also a suite, and remodeled. Much more comfortable and pleasant. Lots of room for luggage, great breakfast with good coffee and lots of variety. The hotel is clean and safe. Lovely flower arrangements throughout. Good location for shopping and dining.

A very nice full-service property. I had a very good dinner that was reasonably priced. And the exercise facilities were exceptional with a pool, exercise equipment rivaling a dedicated gym. My standard room was spacious, with a desk, sofa, and chair. It had a mini fridge and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and it had many options. My only complaint was that the internet servicing my room was often not working (though it was fine else on the property).

Staff behaviour is very good and the properly is very well maintained a d secure

A little noisy since it looks like there's a school nearby and the kids noise woke us up in the morning. Also did not help that the staff was knocking on everyone's door offering laundry service in the morning and was heard almost on the whole floor before they even got knock on our door.
