We had a great time, the check in person was very understanding and helpful and make extra effort to accommodate the whole family. The room was clean and comfortable and everything was nice.

The check in was flawless. Dani, the hostess was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Limited menu but food is excellent * no accessories in rooms such aa hairdryer or coffeemaker. Would definitely stay again

This is a nice little oasis in a somewhat tacky area. Perfectly clean, nice pool. Wish their bar was openand staffed as there is not much of a lobby to wait for taxi or. ..

The pool was unkept and had dog poop and a lot of leaves in it. Also, The fruits in the breakfast was spoiled.

Large number of dogs surrounding the property barking loudly at all hours of the day and night.

Business trip, so I prefer a comfortable hotel, that's quiet at night. This one certainly is. The rooms were refurbished a year ago & are very well set up. Mine had a decent kitchen & an excellent shower. Two double beds & plenty of space. But bring a decent fly spray as the mossies get in. Plus, the restaurant isnt the best but the local food delivery app works very well.

Stayed here on business due to its location in heart of St John’s. Rooms were spacious, clean and had decent amenities, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and personable.

Excellent grounds. Good service. Clean modern rooms.

It ok for a day or two for work

Very clean and tidy, lovely comfortable beds. Excellent value for money.

Needed to order meals 3 hours in advanced of their meal time. Not even a vending machine. Breakfast was not very tasty

Great stay near the centre of St John’s. Great staff and lovely grounds. Well worth the price and we will come again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Internet in the room was a bit unstable and one of the beds was creaky everytime I shifted.

I didnt like that the pool wasnt giving warm water considering the weather. The internet had issus for most of our stay there, its either it was slow or didnt work at all.

Great location if you’re heading into St John’s for business.

The property for the most part was great! However, there were some things that vastly needs to be updated. First, in 2024 this property is still inaccessible for people in wheel chairs, or with babies in strollers. There were zero ramps and elevators. I had to lift my baby and stroller and bars up and down the stairs. Next, the signal in the rooms are very poor! It was a fight getting internet sometimes. I had to roam my phone and hotspot myself. Another major obstacle was one night we totally lost water in my unit and had to journey through the night from one end of the facility to the next to use the toilet, wash hands, etc. Again, this is 2024, where was the backup measures for this?

The Staff of the Cortsland were very courteous and did their best to rectify problems ie immediately started for alternative rooms when bed bugs were observed on the sheets. The hotel is under renovation and will be nice when completed. However, breakfast must start before 7:45 am. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance and it's a 3hr reservation to have dinner prepared at the hotel. So finalize dinner plans at lunchtime...
