It was just like being at home

The pool area looks nice. The room was very outdated. Internet didn’t work on my computer, but it did on my phone. Very bad check-in experience. No customer service. No shampoo. Made you sign a per hour late checked out fee worth one night stay. The unit was clean. I would never come back.

We some complications on check in but the staff was very nice and helpful and patient

I was thoroughly impressed upon arrival as the property did not look as big as it actually is! Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. We felt safe at all times and there were 2 supermarkets on either end of the property which was extremely convenient. Also just a 30 minute walk from the beach and popular restaurants like Gianni's, Lola's and Fat Tuesdays!

All around good . Need some renovation

Overall it was beautiful, quiet . I didnt like it was a conjoining door to next room . Otherwise i will recommend to a friend

Overall nice property in a poor area

Old and musty. Extremely overpriced food and probably the worst / most expensive breakfast I’ve ever had. Such a disappointment. It seems like an abandoned hotel.

Not what I expected however, we enjoyed are short stay. Thank you.

Place was really good, people were very friendly.

The resort, property & studio had everything we needed for a nice vacation. Food was ok. Pasta dishes were our favorite. Staff courteous & communicative. Property kept clean and security present 24/7. There is a beach shuttle but we had a rental car. Great value for the price. My only complaint was our room was quite dark during the day, mainly because our view was the wall surrounding the property & the other side was a building of more rooms. Going forward, maybe the front desk could consider room assignments based on weekly bookings.It was definitely not at full capacity. All in all, we would stay there again.

Easy to take bus to downtown, walk to restaurants

Amazing staff and facilities! Quiet and tranquil. Fit for the older crowd. Met wonderful people and had great conversations and food!

Property smelled of sewer in the hallways, also shower drain was clogged when we arrived and water was building up. The manager took care of it quickly which we appreciated. Cleaning crew was very friendly as well. The pool area is nice and relaxing and Ceviche’s Restaurant was nice and had good food. Overall the stay was ok, the rooms need to be updated and some fixes to septic system

Caribbean Palm Village ha sido el resort que he visitado durante muchos años, habia transcurrido 6 años desde la ultima vez que vine. En esta oportunidad me llevo un sabor agridulce porque la habitación no estaba en tan buenas condiciones como en ocasiones anteriores especificamente con el aire acondicionado el cual se apagaba todo el tiempo, no se puede regular manualmente y cada vez que llamaba a recepción para expresar que no funcionaba como lo esperado el trato fue hostil y grosero hasta decir que yo estaba jugando con su tiempo! Por llamar varias veces y ellos alegaban que estaba resuelto cuando no era asi, hasta que vino mantenimiento y se dieron cuenta que no estaba resuelto. Con respecto a la limpieza no me puedo quejar, fue todo muy bien! Esta oportunidad no fue lo que esperaba, espero que logren mejorar pero honestamente no se si vuelva a ir y mucho menos por lo que pague
