Hotel basico, no vale lo que se paga. Lo positivo es que las sabanas estaban limpias, pero por lo demas muy por debajo de lo que hay en hoteles del mismo rango de precios.

Their ice machine was not working, according to staff, & the bathroom was horrible. Bathroom had mold stains all over the bathtub caulking.

Overall good, but sub par. Hotel seems to be running low and taking savings to the extreme. Lobby A/C off, lights half off. Breakfast good but limited. Room clean but need maintenance attention. Room A/C very loud.

yes. it was so bad that I checked out after the first night and booked into another hotel (Hyatt Hotel). I requested my booking be cancelled with immediate affect as of from the 4th February 2026 and for a refund from the Intercity hotel which they have still not processed.

It was ok, the room was pretty run down and the shower was gross.

The staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast as always good. The room was clean but had a problem with the shower faucet. Hard to get the water running. Stayed one night!
