In general all is well, though not spectacular. The main concerns would be the limited breakfast buffet and state of & access to the gym. Although the sign in the gym states opening hours are from 5 AM, you will not be allowed to enter before 7AM. There is little equipment and no towels are offered.

Hoped we could check in a bit early, but even though the hotel was virtually empty, there was no flexibility so we sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for the magic hour of 3pm. Very little options for having lunch or dinner in the hotel. Snack/carry out was an option, but limited menu. Worst part was the horrid linens on the beds! They were so beyond their prime that they were pilled and felt like sandpaper! Not conducive to a good night sleep.

Arrived at 230 pm. Clerk dismissively told me to come back at 3:00 although room was ready. I was Assigned room where painter was actively painting in the hallway. Odor of paint was strong in the room. Had to ask for a different room. Painter told me he didn’t know why I was assigned the room because the area was closed due to painting. Later in the evening I noticed guests were given complimentary bottle of water at check in which I had not been offered. I am an Afro American, I suspect a hint of racism of how I was treated.

Everyday was something different, one day There was not water in the room, then the air conditioning was very slow and it was so hot, and the las day there was no internet 👎

The staff at check in was less than friendly. Needs customer service training needed, unless she doesn’t like g@y men. I hope that isn’t the case.

Not so good that I decided to cancel the next week stay. We arrived early and told us if we wanted earlier check in to pay extra $44. We decided to go visit the central Park but was hot. Came back approximately 1:30, they told us to wait until 3. I do understand their "policies" but we were tired that wanted to sleep 😴 but we waited period. Food, it wasn't amazing; It is like whatever.

Property was safe and staff was very helpful. The shower didn't have hot water and my bed seemed to have a dirty sheet on it which looked clean until you took a closer look.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The carpets were old and visibly dirty, and the bathrooms felt constantly damp. To make matters worse, the water was cut off during our stay without a clear explanation — we couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere; there are definitely better options in the area.

I only found two towel in my room

I usually have problems with my allergies, and they are always open to change my room that maybe causes me an alergy. In SPS is one of the nices place to stay.

Extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reserved hotel had burst water pipes, and I was sent to a sister property instead. The new hotel was in poor condition—no functioning pool, no hot water, no AC in common areas, and terrible Wi-Fi. The staff was decent, but overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend.

This is the PERFECT place to stay in San Pedro Sula. It has everyrhing you need.

In general is was fine stay considering the condition of the city. Staff was very friendly, though having trouble finding my reservation. But all smooth. If the rate can improve, it would have been fine. The downstairs cafe was great, they have everything you need. There is a coffee shop next to the hotel which is very helpful.
