Hotel is great! Staff is excellent, pool is super clean, breakfast buffet, coffee and water 24/7. Room is comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be back

Hotel location is perfect. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing. A lot of choices. The staff is very friendly and caring. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Everything is ok

The rooms need better cleaning, ventilation, decoration there’s no mirrors or closets neither luggage holders. The tub and lavatory are clogged having difficulty to shower or washing hands. Your customer service needs to be improve it was not a really good service.

Overall, the employees were not very welcoming. They wouldn’t say good morning or help us find our hotel room. Twice we asked for an extra blanket and did not receive it. At one point, the receptionist stated we should have asked for the blanket before 10 p.m. well, we asked for the blanket close to 6 pm.

AC worked fine. Response time on maintenance issues was excellent. All staff were very pleasant people. We enjoyed our time in El Salvador.

Rooms were spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous! This would be the only hotel I would stay at when I return. Also had access to the gym next door.

Place was going through renovations, construction and hotel staff was not aware of guests sleeping at 5:00 am and they were holding loud conversations. Breakfast times could be extended after 8:00 AM on a Sunday.

Hotel needs major renovation. Bathroom shower leaks and rooms are dated.

Receptionist couldn't find my reservation at 1st and charged me, but i showed proof and then refunded charge. The room is really nice and bed comfortable. The food was OK could be better since its one of the best hotels in the area. Overall i wouldrecommend

It's a nice place to stay. It's clean, good location and good service

The key cards are a problem… they get deactivated all the time, I have to keep going back to be re program, and it wasn’t just me, I heard the same complain from other guess. The keys are so old and worn out.
