Well, the reception stuff does not understand how to read an Expedia reservation. They are either not trained or pretend to be so that they have a reason for extra-charge. The elevator does not have safety sensor. It hit me pretty hard. It would have crashed a child's head, I'm afraid. I got bruises on my shoulder. Only one building has elevator. The other one has AC. The card key system did not work. I had to ask the reception person to open for me every time. Breakfast is symbolical. We were only 5 people for breakfast but there was almost nothing to eat. Three servers were watching 4 empty cold trays. Sorry, one tray contained a small bowl with some brown.beans and another tray some cold fragments of what used to be an omelette. For 4 rooms two nights I paid $800 to Expedia. The hotel charged me another $90 without explanation. Like they tipped themselves or their low performance. At dinner time be ready to wait about 90 minutes for your order. Location is great, Service is poor. Rooms are good. I think that Expedia should cut this hotel from their listings unless the hotel personnel learn the basics of hospitality.

The bathroom/shower arrangement could be much improved.

Hotels.com verified review

There is a kitchen with no hot plate or anything for cooking. No kitchen utensils, no cutlery, no microwave. There is also no gym or a spa as stated. The receptionist was very nice and the hotel management issued a cancellation. However, don't be deceived the hotel is not what it's cut out to be.

Hotels.com verified review

We stayed only 5 minutes. The room we booked was not ready so they wanted to transfer us to a room that was not accessible via the elevator (I'm on crutches). They took us to a room with no kitchenette as described on their website and on Hotels.com. No microwave, no hot plate, no kitchen utensils at all. There was a kitchen with nothing in it. There is no gym as also advertised on both the Hotels.com website and theirs. There is also no spa services. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant but the hotel has nothing they advertise. We had them cancel our reservation immediately and we went elsewhere. Definitely can't recommend.

The place is nice, clean and modern.. I stayed there for 10 days and I found the hotel overall good. A few things that they need to work on are; hot water and the air conditioning. Room service was slow, but always friendly. I think the air conditioning was out because of the construction going on, as they were building an annex on the otherside of the hotel, but that is no excuse for the hot water being turned off. I payed good money to stay there and it is not nice to have to call the front desk everytime I want to shower. I also had my wife and child with me. The set up for a three person room was not what I expected. I thought there would be a two bed room set up but the child had to sleep in a baby crib right along side of us. Even though the hotel seemed empty I was not offered an upgrade or a better situation. My daughter ended up sleeping in bed with us, but the king sided bed was enough for three people comfortably. I really would like to give the staff an A+ though for making me feel at home.
