Amazing staff!

This property is fine if all you need is a clean stopover near the airport. They don’t have a restaurant and as you can’t walk anywhere close by so you are reliant on taxis to go anywhere. Reception were staff friendly enough and even though we were unable to check in an hour earlier, they looked after the bags as we took a shuttle to the nearby shopping mall. Pleasant experience overall.

Close to the airport and that was convenient for my flight.

Check is was easy and fast. Both the lady and gentleman at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Only thing I would say about the room is a musty smell, but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was really good! The lady in the breakfast area is very nice and helpful! Overall the hotel is very convenient and comfortable.

Amazing staff especially the ladies in the kitchen. My only suggestion is that the hotel provide some enhancement activities such as board games like monopoly, ginga, chess. This will give the guest something to do in the relaxed afternoon. Also add some activities near the pool.

I arrived early and although the hotel was fully booked within an hour or so .. just as soon as someone checked out a room was turned around and I was provided an early check-in .. by 11am. Ms Nicole (please forgive me if this is incorrect) was the most kind person in Trinidad that I have met in the service industry. (I have been staying through out both islands for years). She also helped me order food as I did not have a local number to us food drop the food delivery service. The staff throughout the hotel were professional all around but the front desk was a special kind of special. Thank you.

Spent 1 night to travel to Tobago the next morning. Very convenient. Very nice hotel with great amenities in the room. The shuttle was very convenient and clean. We didn’t have to wait long. Breakfast was very good offering a nice mix of local and the usual breakfast options. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!

I liked everything about the property , especially the hospitality of the staff

We stayed just overnight as it was close to the pos airport and had free shuttle 24/7 which was super convenient. We left early at 5 and were given breakfast bags to go as the breakfast bar was opened from 6. Staff was super nice, pool was warm and clean, beds were the comfiest beds we slept on, choice of 2 cushions. The only negative was that hotel hallway were freezing ! Apart from that we really enjoyed it

The room looked exactly like the photos. Staff were very friendly.
