Honestly for the price I can’t even complain. The staff was amazing…from the front desk to the two men that helped me with my suitcases up and down The stairs, I’m grateful. I wish the breakfast was at the hotel it self but everything else was great. 10/10

Very comfortable hotel. Nice and clean. The staff is super nice, and extremely helpful. The airport shuttle driver is trash, however. He charged me $20 US for a ride to the airport; an Uber probably would have cost half that. When I get to the airport, he suddenly doesn't have change for $5000 Jamaican I gave him, despite all of the bills he tried to hide in his pocket. He's trash. Everything else went well.

Nice terrace and view. Rooms were small and the walls were very thin. The hotel is directly across a busy highway and the noise is very loud at night. It is unsafe to cross since the hotel is at a corner. Fine for a quick stay if you are only passing through but certainly not for a long term accommodation. Staff was helpful when asked questions but generally not friendly and seemed put off by tourists. No water available as is standard at most places. You are expected to pay for it.

Booked for a work trip for two members of my staff. Booked two rooms and unfortunately both rooms had an off-putting smell and made the stay very uncomfortable.

Such great staff! The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. I had a great stay.

First off there was not a working phone in the room therefore anytime we needed something we had to go downstairs to the front desk. We were told it was because of some work being done and the phones were dodwn. Likewise, the TV didn't work. On Saturday night around 10 PM someone had to come up and try to get the TV working. This took 1/2 hour and he ended up calling someone. After he came back it took another 15 min. to get it working. By then it was time to go to sleep. Also no clock! The shower had a weak stream and the shower handle was loose so we had to work with it to get the right temperature. I mentioned it to the front desk and I was told no one was available to fix it until Sunday. Sunday came and went and it still wasn't fixed. We also put in a wake up call for 3 AM as we had to get ready for the taxi who was coming at 4:30 AM to take us to the airport. At 4:15 someone knocked on the door to tell us the taxi was there and he said he was told the wake up call was for 4:30. We went on vacation to destress only to be more stressed.

The staff is a 10 and by far the best asset of this property. Breakfast was amazing, however if you are late getting t breakfast you may miss the local meal which is like a dinner in the morning. Breakfast is highly recommended. The property is off the main strip and can be noisy at times. I would stay here again because of the staf and the breakfast

This property is reasonably priced and offers relatively good service.

The view from the veranda was awesome. We sat there and watched the sunset over the ocean It was lovely.

I booked this for 3 nights, location was great, Marcia was amazing. Most of the staff minus one girl was so nice and helpful. Quiet, pool was good, its shaped weird and i scraped my elbow lol. Food was good, better drink selection than some of the other hotels. View is great, across from a public beach, so you didnt have to pay to access it. Starbucks, burger king, KFC, Juixy patties, ice cream, casino, margarita ville, night clubs, all within walking distance.

front desk staff could be more transparent about their check in delay. At 3pm we were told to wait 5min for our room to be ready but ended up waiting over 1h. Staff said they were fully booked the night before but there was practically no one around. They were getting some IT work done at the time, and needed access to the rooms. They could of been more transparent and accommodating about that. All we wanted to do was unpack our stuff to enjoy our last day in Jamaica.

It’s just a tough parking lot to get in and out of, there’s not exactly anything they can do about it, space is at a premium.

Have stayed in the past. Great location close to Margaritaville. Harmony Park. Shopping. Free Jamaica breakfast. Good deal!
