Good place to stay, walkable

I'd absolutely stay at Hotel Finlandia the next time I'm in Quito! The staff was phenomenal and the amenities are fantastic.

Great location, staff and price. However renovations are taking place and are somewhat noisy.

I think the property is in a great location, however the rooms are somewhat noisy. An hear a lot of what is happening after closing your door

Hotel Finlandia was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Quito. The location is absolutely perfect, close to great restaurants, parks, and in a very safe area, which made walking around feel comfortable both during the day and at night. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and overall, the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room didn’t have air conditioning. While the weather in Quito is generally mild, it would’ve been nice to have the option, especially during warmer afternoons. Still, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Very nice boutique hotel in the best area of the Carolina Park. Ideal for business trips. Excellent value for the money.

Perfect location in Carolina Park district and near everything. Nice, friendly staff. Numerous shops and restaurants and malls in easy walking distance. Shower was lukewarm at best and no airconditioning in room would be the two negatives.

Staff were great, ample breakfast variety, comfortable room that was well maintained and kept clean by staff. Minimal noise between rooms. Pizza in restaurant was amazing. Terrific location that allowed me to jog daily. Plus the new Metro is close.

Un hotel practico, limpio, bien ubicado. Sin muchas amenidades que supongo tienen que ver con ser ecológico. El cuarto es minimalista, con poco espacio para guardar cosas. Las toallas son como de internado, practicas y te proveen lo mínimo. El servicio es atento y amable, el restaurante tiene una buena carta… para comida y cena. El desayuno es igual que el hotel, da sustento pero no es nada memorable.

Looks like nice but I have problem with the bathroom they change the room but the shower was warm the tv volume very low the breakfast ok
