lovely space , warm staff

Toilet smell was horrible . Facility is old Bathroom is not clean . Staffs are nice

I was given a horrible room I did not book online. They claimed the room I booked was sold out and refused to offer my refund. They downgraded me to a lower room. Stay away from this place. If I can give 0 star, I would have done that.

This was the nicest hotel and the staff was super friendly and professional. Outside dining area is breathtaking.

It wasn’t a bad stay

The environment is great. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The only negatives for me are, the air conditioning at times does not cool sufficiently enough, and the refrigerator in the room does not cool beverages sufficiently enough.

Oriental Hotel is very nice place to stay with great restaurants in the facility. I would recommend to anybody that wants a safe and convenient hotel in the Lagos area.
