good location, swimming pool, high rise

The service at the reception is very professional and helpful. I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in Tbilisi and this hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The rooms in hotel need a bit of refreshing. I been there 2 night and Jacuzzi in spa not worked ..

This was my second time in this hotel. Probably the best in the entire city. Compatible with the best hotels in Las Vegas.

Great place

Old hotel

Biltmore Hotel is a beautiful place to stay, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the unique Tbilisi city on a very green street. We got sick with Covid 19 and the staff did everything possible to accommodate all our needs. They called doctors and delivered medication and food to our doors. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel.

For the amount of money paid for Deluxe suite it was dirty , Toiled did not work ! Lots of dirty areas in room ! Not worth 300plus per night!

This was a great hotel. Enjoyed the facilities. We had a few special requests and they accomodated them with no issues. Loved it. If i am in Tbilisi again, i am staying at this hotel.

We like everything but prices

Concierge and the people standing in the lobby are not helpful or welcoming at all.
