The Holiday Innin UB is the standard, the bar, by which all other hotels are measured. It did not disappoint. If you want a high level of quality and professionalism this is the place.

Great hotel located about 20 minutes walk from Sukhbaatar Square. Rooms are clean and good sized. Hotel staff recommend Camber Star tours for a daytrip to Chinggis Khaan statue and Turtle Rock which was an excellent trip. Also, Gandantegchinlen Monastery is close by.

I enjoyed my stay! When I come back to UB I will definitely be staying at the holiday inn.

Nice and modern facilities

The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. They gave us a room with a really nice view of the city and it was close to some lovely Buddhist temples. Also close to a mini mart. They had a restaurant on the second floor with good food and we ate there both nights of our stay. It was extremely convenient after two long days out, to be able to eat right at the hotel. We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

All condition was great But passage was too hot:) And cafe bene i couldnt see they opened Couldnt drink coffee

Would stay again. Only disappointment was trying to book at the spa and them not having availability for our stay.

Good hotel, new facilities, clean rooms, excellent room service staff. Rooms with sofa bed were the best. Good location close to city center, walking distance to Department store etc. Hotel Restaurant's pretty good too Cons: Rooms with double beds, have really thin walls, we could literally feel our beds shaking when next door guests were banging their beds. Also, some of the front desk staff probably took more than one phone calls to get towels etc.

The hotel and room itself was clean, however there was a sewage smell that persisted in the bathroom. Also they made the idiotic design where only half of the bath tub has glass cover causing water to splash all over the floor when you shower. Location is great though.

This Hotel is very new, very clean, everything is in order.Price is reasonable. Location is excellent, close to everywhere, walking distance to all major sightseeing points in Ulaanbaatar.

New hotel within easy walk to shopping and restaurants

Wonderful hotel.. central to sites and shopping. The most helpful friendly staff I have met for a very long time. There are two massage services and I recommend both. Food is excellent at 2nd floor restaurant and the lounge on top floor is a great place to end a day
