Again Kudos to staff. Our room had some water issues and they upgrade us to Kings Room. Very clean and very well maintained

Reception staff Victor eas amazing. He went beyond to upgrade me and gave me all the services. Location is good I walked 3 miles every direction without a hitch.

Really a nice place, quiet and well organized, excellent staff!

Room was dark only window was to the interior hall which we couldn’t open as people walked all day. Bed small and room very tiny even though it had a small living area the room seem claustrophobic

Fist day we go out come back exhausted at 6:30PM to find the room was NOT cleaned. Missed my hair apt as I couldn't shower got no real apology. For a 5 star I expect a lot more

Probably one of the best places in Cochabamba. Very central, clean and modern. Staff is extremely friendly and the public spaces are very inviting to spend time there.

SO good! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.

Property was clean and staff was very helpful. However, the hotel layout is awkward and there is no elevator. Stairs were treacherous to say the least.

This is the second time i’ve Stayed there... always a good stay. The breakfast is good too.

Great Hotel, excellent location and extremely nice and kind staff

The Hotel is very nice, modern and convenient. Breakfast was very tasty and with lots of different options. The only thing I didn't like was that I broke one glass by accident inside the room and when I checked out, they charged me for the glass. I found that it was just ridiculous.

THe restaurant staff and the bell boys were very helpful

Hotel don’t accept Amex card, doesn’t have elevator . The water is freezing cold to take a shower.
