Hotel is beautiful. Very clean. Attention to detail amazing. So much for the eye to see.

Middle of the salt flat, probably best hotel in the area. Front desk service was excellent but at the restaurant it was a miss, waited for 25mins nothing came out and was told to wait for another 15...front desk addressed that afterward, really appreciated that

Beautiful hotel.

This property is located in close proximity to Uyuni Salt flat besides that services, staff and property is mediocre for the amount you pay. Property is unique, made from salt blocks but all other amenities are poor. Limited food option for dining, either food truck or buffet (which gave us food poisoning), spa staff have poor attitude and misguided us during our stay in result we couldn’t get spa service. Expedia VIP access is not recognized here. We communicated with front desk staff day before for room adjustment which was verbally confirmed but not provided at the time of check in. Check in staff have poor attitude and lack of communication. The only attentive service by staff was at the restaurant. Overall our stay was mediocre given that this is the best hotel in the area. I would rather book other economic options in the area vs paying more and getting less.

A nice hotel next the salt flats. It is clean, unique building materials with salt. The buffet was good, staff were friendly. Special thanks to Jonathan who went beyond. Highly recommended.

Perfect location to be close to the Salt Flats! It's a bit of a distance from Uyuni but if you plan properly, you'll be fine. Staff here take very good care of you. Our bed was small, when we pointed it out they immediately added another bed. The hotel interiors are beautiful and interesting, and try to showcase the local environment. The breakfast buffet was very good, with an egg station. The one thing I wish would be better - the bar menu. The dinner buffet is not well suited for everyone, and the only other option for food is to order from the bar menu, which has very few options.

A truly beautiful hotel, fabulous team and stunning views of the salt flats. Sunsets are beautiful too. Also the prices in the bar for great cocktails and food are very good given this is a top hotel - $7 for a negroni for example. The spa is also very beautifully decorated and has hot sauna and steam. A very kind and helpful team across the front desk, restaurant and spa.

Visiting Uyuni with Teen boys. This hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped foot. Superior to other hotels we experienced during our travels in Bolivia. Recommend it and will definitely come back. If you are looking for a fun experience with good accommodations in this area. Stay here!

The installations and food are basic but is the best place you can find in that location, on the other hand it’s location gives an edga to access the Salar day and night

The property has convenient access to the Salar. Room was good. Food options are limited to the buffet. No easy access to restaurants. The property is isolated. Staff were excellent. Generally not much to complain about!

The road from Colchani is unpaved and very dusty, but inside the hotel is very clean. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is weak and it gets humid after a shower, but other than that, the room is very relaxing and comfortable. We had sandwiches at the bar and breakfast at the restaurant; neither of them were local, but they were very good. I especially recommend the fried eggs, which are baked in front of you at breakfast. Some of the staff spoke only Spanish, but we were able to communicate without any problems using a translation app. Above all, they were very considerate and helpful, which made the trip even better.

Beautiful common areas (5-star hotel level), average room (3-star), hard to reconcile value for money equation, but given local standard, this is definitely nicer than most.

El hotel es hermoso, muy bien cuidado, las vistas increibles. Su area de piscina caliente es espectacular. El ambiente es muy callado y se puede descansar muy bien. Pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. El día que fuimos estaban grabando una promoción para el hotel, nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que habíamos reservado y no nos la querían cambiar ya que supuestamente todas las otras estaban ocupadas por el personal de la grabación. Igualmente habían áreas restringidas que no se podían usar ya que estaban grabando. Pero el personal del restaurante es muy amable y atenta

Perhaps the only place you need to consider for Uyuni. Was perfect
