Lovely experience and amazing service

Nice small hotel in Žabljak, very quiet. Staff was nice and extra helpful!

We booked this last minute as our original booking cancelled and it was the best thing that happened. This hotel was great, it was close to the heart of the town and as close as you can stay to the Black Lake - 35 min walk or 4 min drive to the car park. Staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to an exec suite, which was lovely! So much so, we decided to relax in the room for the afternoon instead of sightseeing. There was a separate bedroom, bathroom (nice products and shower gel, shampoos included). The living area had two sofas, kitchen and tv in living area and bedroom. So many facilities and amazing views from every window, including the bathroom! The balcony was also huge and had nice comfy chairs. The fact that check out is at 12, is also good as there is no rush. We managed to get in a walk around the black lake, back and showered all before check out! Restaurant was busy so would recommend booking to save you walking or driving into the town. Food was pricey (but can’t compare it to anything else) but was very good quality. We had lamb and chicken. The apple tart was delicious! Breakfast was the best we had out of everywhere we stayed in Montenegro. All fresh and tasty. They cook eggs to order and all the cakes were delicious. So much choice! Restaurant staff are very friendly too. We never used the steam room/sauna or booked a massage, but it’s good that it is offered.

Great for going hiking, easy to walk to the lake and other areas. The hotel was nice in general and room spacious. The room was noisy however with a buzzing in the bathroom. The restaurant does delicious food, the truffle pasta was great. The breakfast is average and could do with more fresh options and fruit.

Very friendly service with attention to detail and warm welcome. We were very happy with our room which was spacious. Location is great, on the way to the National Park entrance to Black Lake and within 5-10 min walk from town centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful. And the sauna was a nice inclusion at the end of a day’s walk.

Great hotel, free breakfast, free parking, good staff

I stayed 2 night, the room was wonderful, it also includes salon and kitchen and small balcony. the staff were very friendly and assist a lot and thier welcome was very nice with serving a drink. free parking and pisitioned very close to everyting. A very nice view from the window

This was truly amazing from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and attentive which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The restaurant was superb whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. This hotel is a gem.

The location is perfect for us to walk to the Black lake. It was lovely to also have a nice view of snow capped mountains. We enjoyed an evening relaxing in the steam room and sauna on our first night after a long drive from Sarajevo. The bed was also comfortable and we slept well every night.

Spectacular new construction hotel, best in Zabljak. Amazing staff and restaurant. Parking out front just had everything you could want. Modern building and rooms etc. Thanks!

The staff was wonderful, especially our waiter in their restaurant, DeJan. The location was prefect for day trips in the area.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. The manager, Bojan. is so involved with the customers and makes sure you have an incredible experience. And the restaurant has the best food you will find in the mountains. When they tell you that at the front desk believe them because it’s true. The rooms are good…not wonderful but it didn’t matter because everything else was so fantastic. You will not find better service or food in Zabljak. Highly recommend!
