Expedia advertised on its site that airport shuttle to and from the hotel is included in the room fare. Unfortunately, those rides cost $50 one way.

Hotel seemed very clean. The staff was extremely courteous and professional upon arrival.

In its development I presume a great Hotel and location, unfortunately the area around it needs an uplift….

This place is quite a palace. It’s luxurious and very comfortable. From the moment you walk in, it’s restful. Your big heavy bags are whisked to your room. A pot of hot dawa is ready for you at check-in. My room was clean, had a spot for my luggage, and a great big window. Quiet as well. Slept like a rock. The dinner/brunch buffets are nothing short of indulgent. I only wish I’d had more time to try the pool. Business center was quick and well appointed for printing documents. Only request I’d have is that I believe this hotel lists airport transfer on this site. This is inaccurate and should be updated.

Overall a good place

The hotel is old, there is notinhg of Sheraton Standards there. It is very old , all the corridors has a strong smell from the carpt. We were given a room it was freshly painted, requested to changed room. We are attended immediately but does not change the fact that the hotel is in a very bad shape. The buffe restaurant is extremely limited. Even for the the breakfast

Really good stay at the hotel. Really clean hotel with good bars and restaurants and facilities, but mainly due to the great staff that work at the hotel, from reception to, service staff and especially the bar and restaurant staff who were brilliant.

We had a smooth check-in. The breakfast was worth $20. Lots selections . Lots healthy , hot and cold selections and pastries. The service was great . 5-7 min walk to the ferry … so convenient located

Good stay

This property was close to the waterfront. Lots of road construction going on around it but not noisy, just difficult to navigate on foot. I felt safe walking around. I ate in the restaurant and it was reasonably good with a good choice and very generous portions.rooms were a good size. Friendly staff.
