Beautiful landscape, located on the beach, rooms are comfortable.

Just really rude staff. They act as if they are constantly miserable. There is a tall guy with a beard who works at the bar who is especially awful at his job. They did not clean our room once during our stay.

Simply put, amazing! The staff quickly became family. The beach, ocean and sunsets were breathtaking.

I have been going to Cocolapalm for years and love the ambiance, the staff and the safety of the hotel. Kudos to Camille, Steve, Shirley and the rest of the crew. The hotel is home away home. Love it.❤️❤️❤️

Nice rooms, good beach activities, walkable along 7mile to explore and all of the staff was excellent!

Very very nice. Highly recommend. Great value.

Quieter than the mega resorts. Great location on the beach. Walking distance to shopping, dining, Hi-Lo grocery store. Everyone was friendly, food at on site restaurant was on par with local spots. Fresh fruit and bread/pastries for continental breakfasts were perfect start to the day!

This was my 5th stay at CoCo La Palms .. and I "Keep Coming Back For More" The staff is very accomodating, friendly and the place is clean. 2 places to eat right at the resort, with a good menu and reasonable prices. I WILL be back again!

I honest would recommend Coco La Palm to anyone seeking a decent getaway in Negril. The check-in process was easy and the Front Desk staff are very helpful and courteous, excellent Customer service. The ground staff, Kitchen and bar staff, security personnel also made the experience excellent. And the Food on the property is excellent. Special Big up to Rena, the Massage therapist. Your stay wont be complete without getting one of Rena's special. Undoubtedly, i give Cocoa La Palm a 5 star rating.

Great location on 7-mile beach. The staff is friendly and polite. The restaurant is prefect for breakfast and dinner. I have stayed here twice in the last 2 years and plan on returning in early 2026.

We love Coco! The staff are absolutely amazing and take the time to get to know you. The grounds are kept immaculate by the Maintenance staff. Rooms are always cleaned well by Housekeeping. Very quick walk to the most amazing beach on Seven Mile.

Loved it all..The staff is excellent..always friendly and available to help..Hats off to Romaine and Dave who make the best drinks ever..especially the Dirty Banana..
