Pros: beautiful beach. A great staff. So kind and helpful. Having a separate seating area in the room is a plus. Concierge is top notch. Great bed. Cons: worst food of my life. We stopped eating there after the first day. Useless hot tub that’s never hot. The pool is tiny and hidden away behind a building. Makes you feel like you’re at a bad condo not an ocean front resort. Absolutely ridiculous. No point in ever using it. The service at the beach was unacceptably slow. Our room was never cleaned by end of day. The shower leaked and kept us up at night. This is not a luxury resort. We were terribly disappointed. Do not believe the hype that this is a top honeymoon location. It felt like a bad senior citizens home.

The property felt very safe and secure. The entire staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant. Everyone knew what we were celebrating (anniversary)and made us feel special.

Perfection! We stayed for our 20th anniversary and this resort exceeded our expectations. Words cannot express how much we appreciated our time here and friendly staff. We loved the relaxed laid back atmosphere and enjoyed being on Eagle beach which was absolutely beautiful and stunning. We are already planning our next trip!

I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, as does the breakfast staff.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was wonderful! We did not like the beach lounge reservation system. It was very interesting that there was one particular family that were at the front two spots every single day!! Short of a miracle and the reservation system, it is unlikely that they were that lucky. Enough said!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is a step above the rest. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and very special stay, this is the place! No waiting for umbrellas or service…there are always people to help you and always space on this beautiful uncrowded beach. I can’t say enough about this gem on a quiet slice of Eagle Beach. Don’t miss a delicious dinner at Elements restaurant…again with impeccable service.

Great resort on Eagle Beach for adults! It is quiet and the service is good. The property is nice and the beach is beautiful. My husband and I are looking forward to going back in the future.
