Stayed for 5 nights with our two young kids. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Nice restaurant. We did the signature all inclusive and it met all our needs. I would definitely go back again. Staff was so nice and accommodating. I did request a crib. I was told it wasn’t guaranteed but it do show up around 8:30pm the night we checked in. Not ideal for a 2 year old but at least we had it.

Everything was great .. except our phones in the room didn’t work they never fixed it . But all in all it was a great place and I would stay again

The pool was great. It was right off of our room. Beach only steps away.

The room was clean. The air conditioner was not working properly. Three trips over three days to the front desk and knowbody showed up to fix it so we gave up. The front desk staff and concierge were not helpful. They handed out restaurant menus that were from 2025. We planned to enjoy a buffet one night. Only to find out that had not been offered in over a year. There is no airport shuttle but the taxis were great.

I have been traveling to Aruba over 10 years twice a year and I was blown away with the resort size, amenities, activities galore, and the food was fantastic at every single restaurant and tiki bar! I’m booking again already for December!

Ride from the airport via taxi took about 10 minutes and cost $35 for 2 people - the taxis are lined up outside as soon as you exit airport with good signage. Food was outstanding and I enjoyed all restaurants - only one buffet offering and that was breakfast only which is ideal for me as I’m not a big buffet eater. This buffet was spotless, food and selection were great, and outside seating was available. We enjoyed our time here

Beware when you book Divi hotels Aruba.We chose all inclusive & paid good $ and they put us up at the Divi Dutch village and told us that the all inclusive was not included.They wanted us to pay $200-$250 per adult each day for the all inclusive package!We were upset but ate dinners and some breakfast outside the resort and on site because Aruba has great food and great restaurants so we made the best of our 5 day trip.

Cleaning staff was fantastic and property was clean and kept up well.

When you get there, they’ll tell you you have to pay more money to actually have an all inclusive stay. Place is a scam.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, which made the stay start off perfectly. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were provided, including fresh towels, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The housekeeping service was consistent and did an excellent job each day. The hotel facilities were impressive. The pool area was relaxing and clean, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with a variety of options. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with plenty of fresh choices. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great value. I would definitely return in the future.

Overall the staff was very friendly. I was traveling with a group of 7 and we requested our rooms to be near each other well ahead of arrival. We were placed in 3 separate buildings (1, 4, 13) almost as far away as possible. The explanation of what was included in our all-inclusive package was rushed and confusing when we checked in. I finally found a chart of restaurants/bars included in each package online after an extensive search. Please make this easier for future guests. Food was fine….nothing special even at Windows. Service at all the bars & restaurants was great! Friendly, accurate, and they took great care of the small kids in our party. Nonexistent nightlife…every option shut down by 9:30 or 10pm. I wasn’t looking for a party ant but having a glass of wine or a cocktail after 10pm while on vacation shouldn’t be an issue. Overall it was a good experience but I will stay elsewhere if I return to Aruba.

Room was clean. Grounds were nice. My only complaint is that we paid for the signature all inclusive package and the only restaurant and bar on site is the tiki bar which closed pretty early. All the other restaurants and bars included were at the Divi golf . We traveled with kids so it was hard to go anywhere at night that wasn’t right outside our room .
