I ve waited for more than an hour to get bottle of water

The property is ok. Breakfast buffet and service were excellent. Food and drinks are very expensive at restaurants and sport bar. There is no Jordanian food at the hotel restaurants.

The hospitality I received from the moment I stepped out of my taxi was very professional. Check in attendant went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The morning breakfast was very delicious with plenty to choose from, including a delicious omelet prepared on the spot by a chef. The wait staff went above and beyond what one would expect, especially for a free breakfast. The waiter that stood out the most was Mr Batran. Two mornings he went out of his way to ensure I started my day off right. And 2 days in a row, the chef made me delicious omelets. It goers without saying that I will definitely come back.

A four star hotel in a capital city should do better. We were assigned a room where one of the mattresses was quie uneven, the smell was not as fresh and opening the window to freshen it up allowed the noise from the central ventilation system to force us to close it. the minibar was empty. There were no slippers or shower robe. They were punctual to move us to a better room. They promised to bring slippers and robes but never did.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Overall it was great except for one staff that had an attitude but that wont reflect on the other staff because everyone one at this hotel was professional and welcoming!

The staff at the reception and restaurants are very nice and friendly ,indoor pool is very nice

Its a good Hotel nothing bad about it its kind of pricey though for the smaller rooms
