the hotel was clean andcustomer service was great but the food was average no excellent. The hotel is very location was great but a little bit old it could do with some modernisation

Over all good

Worst hotel ive been in Oman. Toilet doesnt flush. No water in the faucet. Room is old. The reception area is dim and not all lights are opened. When we checked the pool it looks dirty and not appealing as others come there for swimming lessons. The whole hotel looks really old and definitely needs to be renovated all of it. Never coming back there ever again. We paid for 2nights but since it is realy bad we stayed for 1night and left. Terrible terrible terrible!

The hotel seems getting old but rooms are in ok shape, the pool is nice and big, well maintained. The service here is a little lacksadaisacle.

Excellent hotel

I had a really nice stay in this hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Oman and it is fantastic value for money.

The Muscat Holiday is in a good location for accessing Oman's ministry offices. It has fairly good facilities including a pool, deck, and well-appointed fitness area. Food in the café was a bit expensive and average quality.

Reception staff rude, old and ageing infrastructure, expensive food, toilets do not work properly. Not at all recommended

Hotel is located in good and convenient place for sports and traffic.

Been in this hotel several times before now and it's a central location for me. Easy to reach from Airport and close to the several places of business i need to visit. Food is good and they have the own bar. Excellent place for short stop over but can be used for longer trips too.
