Beautiful hotel in the perfect area by the souq. Staff were very friendly and made this a great stay.

Intercontinental Bahrain is near the Souq in Bahrain and the customer service by Intercontinental employees was and is 👉 IMPECCABLE‼️🎄🎁🧧

The only disappointment was the spa. Both the sauna and steam room were out of action. It really would be helpful if properties were honest at check-in and advise which amenities were not available.

Nicely maintained, clean rooms, all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Did not eat at any of the restaurants, so cannot comment on food quality, plenty of options in that department, though. Spa pool on the roof very good spot for some downtime.

Room is excellent. Front desk friendly and courteous. I asked for a later check-out due to an 8:00pm flight and this was not an issue. Very much appreciated.

The property itself was very good and I enjoyed the stay overall. However, I was disappointed with the professionalism of the staff during check-in. They asked for both my ID and my friend’s ID, which is understandable. But later, when my friend asked for his ID back, I realized it wasn’t with me. We spent nearly an hour searching for it, only to call the front desk and be told that they still had it. The frustrating part is that they didn’t return it to us during check-in and also didn’t inform us that they had kept it. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I hope the management works on improving the professionalism and communication of the staff, as it really affects the guest experience.

Staff was INCREDIBLE. Always there at dinner and breakfast to serve us; check in was fast and courteous; concierge was knowledgeable. The hotel was located very close (5 minute walk) to the souqs and other shopping and restaurants, and the area was clean and safe. A fantastic place to stay!

Great location near a main souk and the Avenue Mall. Large fitness facility in attached building. Rooms a bit tired with very small windows!
