Great Location on west end of beach. Outstanding staff so so friendly would go again in a heartbeat. Good value for a great beach getaway

The rooms were not clean and quite dated. Front desk and staff interactions were poor.

Pros: Best location!! Amazing beach! Clean pools!! Great water pressure! Comfortable beds. Denise from housekeeping was amazing and had our room clean at all times. Outdated rooms. Needs painting and brightening up. Should have a mini fridge in every room for free! Billiards table is mashed up, missing a ball too!! Crossing the road could be challenging for some.

This hotel is s scam, Cheaptickets should not allow the hotel to publish pictures of the hotel that are either photoshoped or done in a way to hide the reality of this place. I meet several people who felt like me ...scamed by the hotel pictures. It is nothing of what it shows in the pictures advertised. If you are by tye beac and look at the hotel you wonder if it is safe.

Mattresses all worn out and ripping. Food ok, majority of staff beautiful.

The staff was really good about cleaning the rooms. Really friendly and nice. The one thing which I would have liked was an ice machine instead of going to the bar for ice. Otherwise really good for the price.

Room was clean and the office staff gave me a kettle so that was nice for morning tea

Not a five star resort but the staff is definitely 5 star. Rooms are clean, but old Jamaica vibes. Shout out to the staff, Jennifer, Vanessa, Marie and everyone else in the bar area. Mike does an excellent job keeping the beach cleaned and organized. And thank you to everyone behind the scenes that we don’t interact with daily.

Great place for the $. If you’re looking for a budget hotel property with direct ocean access, this is the place for you. Staff were great and the beer is cold

Resort was basic, clean, well-kept. No frills--tissues, hair dryers, bottle openers, but had good safes in room. I was unable to get smaller bills for a $100 bill. Seemed like a loyal following existed. Be sure to ask for ground floor if stairs are a problem, because second floor was brutal for a senior.
