I liked the rooms very clean

Stayed at this hotel recently during a holiday in T&T. Chose this hotel for its close proximity to the ferry terminal. First stayed in a room that was renovated and one that was rather dated. Such a varied experience between the two! The new room was modern and clean but the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. The dated room felt dirty and smelly, with broken lamp shades, scratched up tables and a stained bath tub - although the bed was softer and more comfortable...but something in it gave me itch bites (I did not see bed bugs). Front staff experience was good the first time but rather poor the next time around. Also tried to change my previous booking but the staff gave me the run around and denied change since I booked through Expedia. I've stayed at Radisson hotels worldwide and this is probably the worst experience I had with this chain - which is really disappointing. I moved to the Hyatt the following day - this was well worth the additional cost for a luxurious stay with impeccable service.

The pool needs to be cleaned . The blue inside the pool looks moldy. The water looked dirty . And there is a charge of $7.00 to use the microwave , unreal . The room was always kept clean .

Beautiful stay, just wish they had a microwave but everything else was PERFECT. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful place crossing the road was a bit scary they need to get a safe walk over to assess the different markets that’s around

Clean property

This property is convent.. water boiling hot.. parking is far from the building, unsafe.. room carpet feels dirt under ur feet.. shower moldy.. overall great location

Room need maintenance Door hinge made the door very hard to open/close Corridor carpets had a musty smell Room also needs a mini fridge

Cleaning staff was very poor, unhelpful front desk and not very friendly staff.

Excellent customer service for everyone on the staff
