Thank you. The view from the upper balcony is beautiful. The comfort is quite good, but the cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs attention, and the doormat also needs to be cleaned/changed regularly.

hot water not working wifi not working

Even though I booked a deluxe room, the room was just B. 🗿

please improve the cleanliness, the trash in front of my room for 3 days was not cleaned until all the ants were in the surrounding area 😏 The sink was clogged, the toilet was dirty, the sheets had cigarette burn marks, stayed for 3 days but were not given water to change the towels, the room was not cleaned at all 🙂‍↔️

The bathroom is not clean, the lighting is inadequate, the toilet hose is leaking, the bathroom door cannot be closed if not locked, the bathroom walls and bathroom floor are dirty.

Dirty room, bathroom has small mice, bed full of insects. Please fix it.

It was quite pleasant, but the bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet, and there was also dirt in the gaps in the interior of the room.

The staff is not very friendly, gosh, they want to check in but they are busy smoking and are really rude. We booked 2 rooms and got a room under a mosquito net. The blankets and sheets smell good, but I don't know why my body is really itchy. The AC is okay, it's cold but it takes a long time. Don't expect hot water, big no. The TV broadcasts are sometimes antsy. The plus is that it's easy to find food, there's chicken porridge around the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

When checking in the receptionist took a long time to process it, there was no information at all.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is in a strategic location.

When I wanted to check out there was no guard so I just left the key and didn't take my key deposit of 50 thousand even though the guard had to stay at the receptionist there. In the end I left the key and didn't take the 50 deposit for my key. I don't recommend it at all.

The food is rice dos with a bland taste.
