Loved my stay

Short staffed

Overall the stay was nice. There was a situation that we wished was handled differently but overall the stay was enjoyable.

Our stay was excellent. Nice apartment style rooms with full kitchen. No balcony but beautiful view of the beach. Swimming pool with chair was a nice touch to watch the sun set and direct beach access was a plus. Indoor pool and jaccuzi not too crowded. Convience of location to shopping made it an excelllent stay. Price was so great that I did not feel upset the outdoor jaccuzi was out for maintenance. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing family trip! The view from the room was beautiful. Very clean property.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very well maintained compared to others in the area. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I would suggest a Keurig in the room versus a regular coffee pot.

My family stayed here for 5 nights. Check in was a breeze. No hazzle or offer for timeshare during checkin thankfully and they let me check in around 3:20pm when we arrived. Braclets are provided to unlock the doors and give you beach access. They do have security checking for these at the pool randomly. Secuirty is always there and walking the grounds. Tiki bar closes at 7. Drinks average about $15 a piece. Outside pools closes once dark. They provide no lighting on the pool decks after dark for turtles im assuming. The beach ramp door also locks after dark but there is a public beach ramp within a few FEET of the parking lot so no big deal at all. There is no housekeeping but you can switch out towels downstairs at the laundry station once its open. The room stayed comfortable and cool during our stay. They thermostat doesnt go lower then 68 but it left a cool breeze in all rooms. The showers had plenty of pressure and were hot. The fridge does have ice maker but none outside of the rooms. The elevators are kinda slow sometimes and i believe they only have 3 for the entire resort. My only HUGE complaint is the smell of my room. When we arrived it reiked of Mildew and Bleach. The fridge had a STRONG smell of bleach that lasted a few days. They had green air freshners hanging from most the vents so im assuming they already know about this smell. They have bleach on all housekeeping carts but they shouldnt use that bc of allergies. Its more a hotel then resort imo.

Stay was ok, definitely didn't get the room that was shown while booking. but enjoyed the saty since it is right there on the beach.

Great place to stay. The staff was always cleaning and it shown. The rooms were top notch, the beds were comfortable, but the view was amazing.

The guy checking us in did lack people skills! He was so aggressive! We were supposed to check in the day before and we arrived late and were checking in the following day at 10am(ish) and he was like check in isn’t till later so we explained we were supposed to check in yesterday. He asked for my 6 year old daughters ID we explained kids don’t have ID’s. There was more but you get the point. Checking in was not pleasant. The room and property itself was in good condition. The beds were a bit hard and not soft.

This was the first time my husband and I have stayed here. The room was very nice and we really liked the fact that there was a arcade, tiki bar and a couple of pools by the beach. The room was very clean but we did see a roach on the wall. If you plan on staying at the hotel there is things to enjoy. We came down to visit with family and enjoy the hotel but I noticed that around 7 they shut down everything such as the tiki bar even though the pool stays open until 10. The inside pool and hot tub was only open for a short period of time before they shut that down. I feel like they offer decent benefits staying here but I also feel that it is over rated considering you cant fully enjoy everything unless you have no plans besides being there, considering everything was closing early and was not able to enjoy it.

First time staying at the property and my wife and I loved the place and cannot wait to come back. The place was so clean and the pools were huge and never crowded. The negative reviews were bogus. I was never hassled about drinks on the pool deck and I was allowed to check in early. 5 stars all around.

I would stay again. Had a great time and a great stay as well. Very friendly!!

Nice property!

I didn't like how they wanted us to pay for a resort pass on the day that we were checking out. They let us enjoy the pool for a couple hours but they said if it was longer we would have to buy a resort pass. Amenities should be allowed even on check out days!

Great beach and pool. Staff is unhappy. Vending machines didn't work. Absolutely no shade around pool. Very limited umbrellas. And chairs and umbrella for beach is 50.00. not supplied by the resort.
