Very satisfied staying 1 night here, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean and fragrant. The location is strategic, if you want to go to SMS, it's close, just walk. The owner is also very friendly and flexible, we checked in early and checked out late, okay. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here again. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

It was such a pleasant to stay at this place. It was clean, had nice view, also in walking distance to SMS. Too bad the pool was on maintemance as it was my main reason to stay here but that 's okay. Will be pleased to stay here in the future!

Pokoknya Bintang 5 + Jangan ragu kalo mau nginap disni kakaknya baik banget ramah cus deh💗. Kamarnya rapih bersih wangi banget, bawa bayi jadi nyaman banget, kl tamu yang nginap tolong juga jaga supaya yang lain sewa tetap nyaman.

Overall all good, tapi untuk AC kurang dingin & water heater not working properly. Untuk wisata kuliner dan lokasi apartement tergolong strategis banget, ownernya pun baik. Thank you.

Semuanya menyenangkan, dekat mall, ada kolam renang, cuma mungkin AC perlu diservis agak kurang dingin. Selebihnya cocok buat liburan budget tipis tipis 😁

Tempat nyaman untuk tinggal, dari lobby saja sudah wangi bersih nyaman. Fasilitas lengkap bagus terawat dengan baik. Staff keamanan, staff kebersihan ramah semua, view kamar langsung taman + kolam renang. Penataan furnitur kamar yang baik dan cantik sesuai foto di aplikasi. Waktu masuk, kamar wangi bersih rapi. Bikin betah tinggal di M-town apartemen ini. Pemilik juga ramah sekali. Keamanan sangat baik, tersedia ruang sampah di setiap lantai jadi gak perlu turun kebawah untuk buang sampah. Kolam renang dan taman yang luas bersih sekali dengan fasilitas olahraga, tempat bbq dan yoga yang ramah anak-anak maupun orang tua. Sangat rekomen untuk staycation keluarga. Ke mall sms bisa dengan jalan kaki akses langsung ke jembatan, hypermart juga dekat. Saran untuk yang mau nginap, siapkan sikat gigi+pasta gigi saja. Selebihnya keperluan lain-lain sudah tersedia. Fasilitas dapur juga bisa digunakan dengan baik. Juga ada layanan laundry self service uwash di dekat lobby carmel-dakota. Dan ruko dsekeliling apart juga banyak layanan laundry. Gak perlu bawa baju banyak-banyak. Happy sekali nginap di sini, klw ada kesempatan mau balik lagi, maintenance apart nya sangat bagus, jadi pengen punya juga unit di sini.
