This property was low budget..the rooms was okay but the halls the elevators all stunk really bad and the breakfast they serve is served in such a nasty unsafe unsanitary way.Oh and no one is rarely at the desk to services and the towels and shower curtains needs to be replaced!

Stay away from this hotel. The moment you walk in, you can see spider wear in the ceiling and the AC is broken in the lobby. The place looks dirty rundown the floors are dirty and so is the carpet. When I arrived to the room, the door wouldn’t shut correctly and there was no hot water

Great service and good staff

My choice for this hotel was that it offered 2 queen beds and sofa bed, which with kids was great. The price was great, but I guess the saying, " you get what you paid for" is so true. Staff was so nice and they can only offer what they have at hand, if corporate doesn't fix the issues with hotel, staff can only apologize for the situation. Our room was good, but the unknown red stain on carpet was a bit scary, the low pressure of water, the very slippery shower and a short curtain that was not long enough and only 1 set of towels for a family of four was not good. Breakfast was the same everyday and one day no syrup for waffles staff said they were looking for money to send for some. Really this is not acceptable with a hotel full of guests. The pool are was not acceptable especially with shady people sitting outside of hotel around pool at all times and a back door that is left open with a rock. The whole entry to this hotel was hot and musty, the front door was broken and left open all day. Every hallway there was trash at elevators and the floors/carpets looked so dirty. The second morning the hallways reeked of marijuana it's was so sicking to stomach and with a family with kids this is not acceptable. Once again staff was so nice and working hard to deal with amenities that they can't fix and that will need to be fixed by corporate maybe corporate needs to come stay a couple of days at their own hotel.

Stinks, dirty and dead roaches in the lobby. Pretty much the opposite of everything you’d want in a hotel.

It was filthy and infested with roaches, the experience was terrible. Called front office to tell the and request another room and there was no answer. Called hotel.com complained to them and they also attempted to contact hotel and they couldn't reach them either.

Beds were surprisingly comfortable. ran down but decent for price

On arrival,my double bed with sofa that I had reserved was not available til the second night,and was not even offered two rooms to make up for the two beds,couch I had paid for.Pool was half full with green water which was one of the reasons I had booked it since I had planned pooltime with my kids.The matress on the sofabed was paper thin as if sleeping on springs and was flithy with no sheets.The counter girl came out half asleep barefoot from back room not understanding I needed sheets and key she had given me would not open the door.On other hand Penelope the counter person from second day did all she could to accomadate us on the second day to get us the room we had reserved.But pool was never in condition to get into.

Room was ice and clean, guest was nice.

I don't recommend this hotel is very dirty.

The bed was dirty and the floor was broken and nasty the a/c was not working properly and it has smelled horrible

I will never stay at this hotel ever again! Room smelled of mildew and the AC thermostat on the wall did not work (had to get up and manually turn the AC off and on to control the room temp). The shower had mold/mildew all around the bottom to the point where I felt dirtier after taking a shower… The bed was wrinkled so bad that it looked like someone had just grabbed wadded up sheets and comforter and made the bed with them. Pillow cases had stains on them as well as bed sheets. In room couch was absolutely filthy and disgusting as well. Save your time and money and keep driving to stay somewhere else!

The room had a horrible smell , I booked in advance for a room with 2 beds and when I got there they didn’t have what I paid for and gave me one bed and a couch for 5 guest and told me oh tomorrow we can see if we have one for you . The pillow cases were dirty it was hair on the walls and behind the bed . No house keeping , they didn’t want to give us clean towels nor extra towels when it wasn’t enough for 5 guest it was 2 big towels , 2 face towels and 2 hands towels .

Tv was not working. Good thing I'm handy and I fixed it myself. A person had their door open and was laying in bed with the tv on. Good thing I said something to the staff and I got a differnet room on the 4th floor. So for peace and quietness I think the 4th floor is the best floor to stay on even though it takes longer to get to. There is an elevator. Other than that I got some good rest. Thank you Jesus!

There were no toiletries avaliable in the room. Hot water did not get fully hot The room furniture was outdated, sofa had a tear in it. Trash can outside of the elevator was overflowing with trash. Front desk was not consistently manned. Security gate was broken. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Sorely in need of a remodel with better staffing.

Disgusting!!! The floors, walls and doors were filthy with bugers, food, drink spills. The air conditioner was covered in black and fuzzy mold. The TV, shower and toilet seat were broken. The caulking was peeled off in the tub. Holes and cracks in the floor. The fire sprinkler was so rusted. The fold out couch was so dirty. The pools pump wasn't running and was full of leaves. The handicap chair for the pool was broken wirh sharp metal edges and exposed wires. It was an awful experience. Not to mention they said the manager doesn't work weekends or holidays, so we couldn't even negotiate anything.
