Great location, clean, decent room.

The staff were inconsistent regarding check-in and check-out times and extra hours, despite prior communication and completion of the transaction.

The room was good for the price and located in the city center. The staff were friendly.

I stayed on the ground floor, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room because the hotel keeps fish and plants. If you stay on an upper floor, there's no elevator, which is inconvenient for guests on those floors, and the room smelled musty. Otherwise, the room was pretty good and clean.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. 😀

What a poor quality room, smelled musty as soon as I walked in. No super speed, no remote control for TV, asked receptionist and they said it was broken. Overall this was the worst room I've ever stayed in when I was in Hue.

I stayed here for 1 night. I found the location convenient for traveling. The rest was inconvenient (parked elsewhere and when it rained, I walked back and forth through the hotel and got wet. If I didn't ask, I wouldn't have known where the hotel was because before that, it was a spa with many people looking in). The room smelled extremely musty, the mattress wasn't comfortable, and the toilet didn't have a door to separate the bathroom. After taking a shower, I got wet. I hope the hotel improves.

Lovely staff, okay. Very close to the center. Very suitable for those who like hustle and bustle.

First impression is that the receptionists on both shifts are cheerful and friendly. The address is a bit difficult to find but calling the address is enough. The room is quite ok, clean, mattress. I saw other reviews saying it was noisy at night, maybe I went on a weekday so it was quite quiet at night, good sleep

Clean room, convenient location. Very satisfied with this experience. I forgot my phone in the room, called back and the staff brought it to me. Next time in Hue, I will definitely stay here again.

Enthusiastic and friendly staff

Convenient location right in the center of walking street. A little inconvenient is having to go through the massage shop, otherwise the room is quite big and clean.

The receptionists are super cute, it's a walking street so it's very convenient. It's a bit noisy because there are bars around, but I like the bustling atmosphere.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The services and cleanliness are very good. However, it is located right on the Western street so it will be a bit noisy at night. Those who have trouble sleeping should take note.

Room is clean but no fridge and elevator

The room looks nice from the outside. However, there are some minor issues such as the night light not working, the wardrobe is a bit squeaky and dusty. Otherwise great for the price.
