This is my second time at the hotel. It's quite impressive with the overall service and pleasant stay here. I actually love the Onsen and Spa package most.

The room is good as in the picture, the service is good, although we have encountered a problem room 2 times, but the way has managed to find a new room to be considered through seeing the customer as the key

The worst experience we have ever had on such a five star hotel. The check in experience was terrible. We landed late and headed to hotel arrived around midnight. The night shift reservation spend almost half an hour only to check in with 7people of us in one group(all 7 ID cards are handed to him promptly without complication) Can you believe that? and guest what he assigned us to the wrong room number. Yes we go to the room written on the card and couldn't get in! We travel as a family and clearly told the man that my father has a condition that he struggling on walking he has to use wheel chair! In short, the man send us to the building that has no elevator and assigned us to stay in the second floor. Then we cannot get in to the room and moved to another building that has no elevator and it is still on the second floor! After the long tragic we finally have our rooms almost 2 AM. in the morning. After that the air-con in one of our room didn't work so they spend some more time to fix it and it's finished at 4AM. There are so many times we moved the room on our 2nights stay with the air-con and electricity system problem. Dead battery for TV remote control and such. They are not so ready to welcome guest and shouldnt have called themselves a "FIVE STARS HOTEL" ***Highly not recommended***

Very good, we go as a family of 6 people. Book 3 Bedroom Villa Beautiful house, complete equipment, very private, there is an onsen and a fitness center at Loei School. Free 24 hour fitness is good. Onsen is good, pay an additional fee. The spa is also very good. There is le spa in the school.

Good reception, very good service, there is a welcome drink, cold towel, beautiful room like the picture. Comfortable bed, rain shower, shuttle bus to Rawai beach and Nai Harn beach, have a chance to go again 🥰😍😘

The receptionist is very good service. Shady atmosphere There are trees around the area. Private, suitable for relaxation The hotel is in an alley Night sleep well, no car noise, clean room, very comfortable sleep.

The rooms are clean, new, traveling from the airport is convenient, easy, direct drive only. Rent a car by yourself. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, every employee is polite, smiling, spacious, private place. Definitely come and stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is newly opened. Lovely receptionist, good service, nice pool Not very deep, suitable for people who can't swim. The room is very nice. But when cleaning the room, do not look at the dust

Stay 1 night. 2-bedroom room. At first, the building D is at the end, but the air conditioner in the master bedroom is broken. Therefore moved to Building E, a new room. Overall, the rooms are good. There is a microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Coffee machines, plates, bowls, spoons as well. Overall, I like the new hotel. There are many pools. My favorite is the 3-story gym that is open 24 hours.

The resort is clean, beautiful, creating a sense of relaxation, with a shuttle to the beaches in southern Phuket

Everything in the bedroom is complete, spacious, very comfortable, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. The swimming pool is long throughout the hotel. Good service. I like it. Will definitely go back.
