Cuman wifi nya gak bisa di gunakan, kamar 210 jugak gak bisa telrpon, tempat nya lumayan bagus dengan seharga segitu, makasih

Pelayanan bagus, lokasi strategis dekat ke tempat hiburan, cari makanan dan tentunya ke Mall Nagoya Hill, namun sayangnya kamar mandinya tak ada sabun dan shampoo, cocok untuk traveler, tidak recommend untuk keluarga, pasutri dan anak-anak.

Kurang bersih, airnya kurang lancar. Banyak nyamuk kalo malam.

The water is jammed. It doesn't even come out, the bathroom doesn't provide soap, it's dirty, there's no hot water. There is no lift up to the 3rd floor.

The floor is dirty & lots of mosquitoes.

Impressed not ready for service, bed sheets are not clean,

According to the price, it's not bad for yourself, if you and your family don't recommend it.

Sangat buruk, ruang kotor toilet mampet, banyak nyamuk, tak ada sabun, dan uang deposit tak bisa diambil, karena receptionist tak ada saat check out.

Great location in Nagoya, lots of eating options around, small rooms, no elevator, take the stairs.

I added 50,000 because I was only 3 minutes late. My previous experience at a 5-star hotel was I was 15 minutes late but there was no charge.

Tempatnya ya sesuai harga, lumayan bersih, rapi cuma kalau malam ada nyamuknya yang gak tau muncul dari mana. Petugasnya juga ramah banget.

This hotel is good. Beautiful. His room is spacious. But unfortunately the most important thing for the customer is that for me the wifi on the 3rd floor is not there at all. If the 2nd floor is the same as the 1st floor, the lobby is the same. There is even speed. The same for heating drinking water, there is none. Had to not drink our coffee. Just like the water in the toilet, it also comes out a few times. Everything else is okay. Wifi is the most important. Oh yes, it's the same as the AC, my wife said it's not cold enough. But for me it's okay. It's cold. If my wife wants to freeze her 🤣

Spooky, smells not worthy of being a hotel.

The rooms are clean, smell good, neat and safe, comfortable and bright too. Great! 🤩.

Strategic location close to the mall shopping center. But the toilet smells.

This accommodation helps my family's needs during their stay. The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is located in the Nagoya Hill area so it's close to going everywhere.

Hotel nyaman dan deket banget sama mall, tinggal jalan kaki aja 😁.

Lokasi bagus dan front desk sangat membantu, saya ambil kamar yang studio dengan diskon besar jadi menerima apa adanya. Kamar agak bau (nempel di bed), ada nyamuk-nyamuk nakal yang nyasar, toilet kurang bersih dan air panas seadanya.
