Untuk harga segitu dan buat 1 orang kamarnya termasuk bagus. Staffnya baik, kamar bersih, AC dingin, ada selimut + handuk. Minusnya gak disediakan air meneral, shampoo dan lain-lain, dan ranjang kasurnya agak bunyi. Goyang sedikit aja, bunyi. Overall, memuaskan buat saya.

Tempatnya bagus kamarnya pun lumayan bagus, ya begitulah, tapi sangat buruk dalam pelayanan, masa ada teman mau masuk ke dalam dikatanya kena charge harus nambah 50 ribu, katanya kalau masuk terhitung nginap, orang mau datang berkunjung gak nginap masa dikenakan charge, dibilang tidak nginap cuma berkunjung tapi tetap ngeh kena charge padahal di aturan kamar gak dijelaskan, antara oknum atau memang begitu modelan penginapanannya, hotelnya bagus, pelayanan dan aturannya gak jelas, banyak keluhannya tapi malas mau cerita lebih, pokoknya begitulah.

Understandably that price with a note; bad staff service from the parking guard to the receptionist, the air conditioner is quite noisy, the sink leaks the pipe is not installed, there is no drinking water, the equipment is lacking and the rules are not clear. Be careful if late check-out will be asked / calculated plus one night or a unilateral fine without any and / or based on clear rules by the receptionist (Star Hotels are not like that). My suggestion for the manager is that the rules are clarified and written in detail at the location and in the application so that consumers don't complain.

The staff is unfriendly and impolite. The hotel room is dirty. The bathroom was dirty and very smelly. The water in the bathroom is so small you can't take a shower.

Tempat kurang nyaman dan horor. Untuk yang punya BB di atas 200 kg kasur tidak mendukung. Pengalaman buruk menginap di sini.

I ordered a room for two nights and was only able to check in the next day because my plane was delayed, when I arrived at reception, I was rejected on the grounds that the room was not available and had to check in at 2 pm. Very unpleasant service.
