pillows and bedding are lacking

Be careful who ordered here, a fraudster disguised as an apartment.

The room smells of corpses? Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, it smells really bad, please.

Check inn at 15.00. Then check out at 16.00. Dirty room. Dirty toilet. Terrace smells of dead rats. Can't stand it even for 1 hour in the room. Thank you.

Hopefully it can be better. - The tap water didn't flow for a while. - The cleanliness of the bathroom and sheets/blankets was lacking. - The buffet facilities were starting to break down, the sofa was dull and had lots of dirty spots. - The TV wouldn't turn on, the TV remote was not available, I tried to fix it myself and it worked because the AV cable from the set box was broken. - The service was lacking.

The room was really hot, the AC was set to 16 degrees but it didn't work, we booked a room instead of a sauna, the dispenser was plugged in but it didn't produce hot water, lots of ants, all the food and drinks were covered in ants, it's really a 1 star, don't stay here again, the vibes are like in Egypt, luckily we only stayed for a day, before it was time to check out the door was opened by the hotel team, it really disturbed our privacy.

Apartment yang tidak layak untuk ditinggalin. Kamar bau, kasur n bantalnya juga bau, berdebu. Kotor sekali! Benar-benar sangat kecewa 👎🏻.

Baru ini dapet kamar terburuk selama booking di sini, semoga lain waktu lebih baik. Fyi sekarang butuh kartu akses jadi ribet.

The bathroom was dirty, there was no trash can, it was difficult to lock, the electricity had gone out.

Pihak hotel tidak menonaktifkan voucher setelah cek in or menginap. Sehingga di riwayat voucher tidak bisa dihapus. Voucher tetap aktif meski sudah lama dari tanggal menginap. Jadi pertengkaran keluarga yang gak perlu dong jadinya.

Sangat bagus dan nyaman, pelayanannya sangat ramah dan cantik.

Jadi harga yang tertera di iklan pada aplikasi adalah room only tidak termasuk.-Wifi.-Kompor serta alat masak.-Bangunan kurang baik.-Kurang bersih dan kurang terawat.-Kamar mandi kecil. Untuk keluarga kecil kurang cocok dan kurang nyaman.

The air conditioner is not cold even though the temperature is 16 °.

Overall good, the AC is cold but the KMD is small, there is a kitchen set but there is no stove, the parking doesn't use a ticket & there are no guards.

The price is cheap. It's a shame the room is cramped. Bathroom and terrace too. But if the pool view is good. Thank you
