Dirty walls, cobwebs, The pool was not available with green water they said had been like that for months. Why didn't they inform it in the adv? And the pool table too, it ' s been broken for months and no disclaimer? And we have to wait 30 mins for checking in at their checking time. Definitely will not come again.

Hotel rooms and facilities are poorly maintained, different from the picture on Traveloka, it seems that it has not been operational for a long time. Hopefully in the future the management can improve and operate the facilities and comfort.
