Great location walking distance to boardwalk. Not many parking spaces. No smoke alarm install and some house keeping needed to be done..room needed paint (pencil markings on the wall next to bed). Room phone disconnect. Shower door felt it was going to fall off. Overral location was good.

We had a great stay at Waves hotel, staff was very friendly nice and answered all of our questions. Please is in a excellent location few minutes walk to the boardwalk/ beach.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the property is walking distance to everything.

The property was very clean! The greeting staff was pleasant and accommodating throughoutour stay. The hotel was modern and the photos on the site was exactly how the rooms looked in person. This hotel also was only 2 short blocks (3 minute) walk to the boardwalk which was extremely convenient.

The pool is very small and there is no shade and no umbrellas for those that want to sit by the pool. Because this place is not motel style, there wasn’t anywhere to hang wet beach towels or bathing suits so it’s not the most ideal spot if you plan to do the beach. The location is great, close walk to the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a leak in the ceiling of our room which had caused the drywall to fall on us while sleeping but they moved us to a new room as soon as we notified them of the issue.

Not a Hilton Hotel but it was decent enough for our needs. Soft towels, good a/c, comfortable beds, polite staff, and room make-up daily or at your request.

Okay property . Think I overpaid for the stay

The room was updated and clean, house keeping was pleasant & accommodating. Front desk friendly & helpful. The pool was nicely maintained. The only thing we didn’t care for was the coffee. The overall experience was very good and would return on another visit

This was the second vacation staying at this hotel. Room was clean, lobby was clean. Workers and front desk were very nice. Didnt have a problem the first time staying here, for this second time someone had parked behind me and they didnt drop the keys at the front desk but the manager i asume quickly went to find whose vehicle it was and located the owner so we were able to make our trip home. Mistakes happen so i dont hold them at fault, it was quickly resolved. I will be staying at this hotel again in the future, will be my go to. Also its close to the boardwalk and good lovation

Property was clean staff was very friendly near from boardwalk walkable area didn't have to drive all restaurant shopping around 5 minutes walking overall excellent experience
