I can only give a review, in my opinion the villa needs a lot of repairs, especially cleanliness, the water that PDAM said was problematic, in the end the water tank for 7 people in the bathroom was only 1 that could be used, the walls were damp, many big ants climbed onto the bed, the Sanyo sound that didn't have an automatic sound so if it wasn't unplugged it would keep making a sound, the dispenser was broken, the water tap for the sink was off, the gas stove couldn't be used because the LPG was leaking,

So, when I arrived, I was actually transferred to d Cooper's 1, right next door, with newer furniture and a higher Traveloka price. Because the previous guest suddenly wanted to add another night. I was happy with the strategic location, close to everything.

The staff is helpful and super friendly. The check-in process is not complicated at all, the place is clean, complete amenities, very strategic because it is in front of JTP 2. Indomaret is also very close. There are many food vendors around the villa area. So far, it is very comfortable to stay there.

the availability of water is very minimal

According to the price, the guard is friendly. The only thing that needs attention is the hot water, please fix it. The rest is okay.

This is more suitable for a home stay than a villa. Narrow room. Living room too. Hot water is just a display not working. Parking is only 1 car only. Only close to Jatim Park 2 are the advantages. The others don't exist,

Mr. Drajad TOP, the villa is also clean. The pillow is soft. Near everywhere, the wifi is also stable.

This is the first time I've written a review of the inn I stayed in 👍🏻 the villa is as expected, the rooms are spacious, there is a kitchen and quite complete cooking utensils. Bathroom 2 (1) has a water heater, 1 doesn't. There is no ac but there are 2 fans at night the atmosphere is cool so the fan is not used too much 😂. Point plus (+) the sheets are clean white, not patterned (important to me). The house keeper, Mr. Drajad, is hilarious & really fun! Def would come back! Will be my favorite inn in the rock!

Kondisi villa nya sesuai dengan gambar, bersih dan strategis. Penjaga vilanya juga ramah dan sopan. Untuk liburan keluarga cocoklah. Dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Next kalo liburan lagi, bisalah kesini lagi. 🙂

Villanya sangat dekat dg tempat wisata batu, villa yg bersih, nyaman, aman, dan asri, 3 kamar tidur pas liburan bareng keluarga, kalau ke Batu lagi pasti mau ke villa ini lagi.
