Nice room, clean, friendly staff, near the airport, ok everyone

First time here and really like this hotel. Staff is enthusiastic and lovely. Space is very new and clean. Will continue to support.

There is a strong smell of sewer in room 601.

The hotel is extremely clean, however, I don't think the customer support is very good. My family has a small baby who arrived at 11am, but the hotel did not allow check-in and demanded a 30% room charge if we checked in at that time. It is correct to follow the policy, but we need to be flexible depending on each case. The second story is that next to the hotel there is a construction project that has been under construction since 2022 and is still not finished, it is very noisy, so anyone who books the hotel needs to consider this. A little more advice about the hotel's mop scent, it is very strong, I get carsick and can't stand it when I enter, maybe consider changing it to a lemongrass orange scent to make it more pleasant 🥲

13/09 The hotel room soundproofing is very bad. What is the most important thing when staying at a hotel? It is sleep. I couldn't sleep all night. I could hear all the footsteps upstairs, the sound of the bathroom flushing every 5 minutes between 12am-6am. In the hallway, there were voices, children crying, and doors closing many times. The staff just blamed it on the design even though I called at 1am to say it was very noisy. The staff had no solution and just made excuses. You shouldn't stay here. Even though I rate the room as quite clean. But it doesn't make any sense when you have to endure the noise from 11pm-morning. The worst hotel experience I've ever stayed in

I booked after consulting. Enthusiastic staff, quick support, convenient location and quite airy. If I have the opportunity next time, I will book a room with a window. The room without windows is a bit small so I don't like it very much
