Best location and I always stay here

It's just not soundproof, you can hear from above, below and around the room if there are other customers.

This hotel's strategic location is a major advantage. There are many dining options nearby, including the very popular Ceylonese Restaurant. The hotel is also close to Kuching's tourist destinations, such as the Cat Statue, Kuching Waterfront, and Carpenter Street. Access to public transportation (Kuching Metro Bus) is also easy, as the bus stop is located in front of the Chinese History Museum, which is also nearby. The price is affordable, check-in and check-out are easy, and the room is quite clean, but the sheets smell a little, and the soundproofing is lacking. There is hot water in the bathroom, but the water smells a bit of chlorine. Overall, my stay at D'green Hotel Kuching was comfortable and satisfying. 👍👍 Hopefully, some of the shortcomings can be addressed soon.

Stay was good and functional. Close to the streets with ample food. Good music.

Comfortable hotel near the waterfront, next to the hotel there is a place to eat, in front of the hotel there is a minimarket. Cool AC, good facilities. But the room is not soundproof, the next room is noisy at dawn. But overall it's good.

If you want to go to the waterfall, just walk, the food around the hotel is delicious.

The room was not clean enough for me. I got itchy once I was sleeping. Hopefully they can improve the hygiene otherwise I won't come back here. The staff's service was so-so, not so friendly but still OK. The price is not so affordable since you have to pay extra tax on the spot.

Located near the main attractions of Kuching Waterfront and Chinatown. There are many restaurants and good food stalls.

Strategic location: walking distance to the Waterfront / 2 convenient stores within 1 min on foot / near many local restaurants and bars. Friendly staff: very fast check-in and out. Clean room, unfortunately there were stains on the pillow covers and towels:(

Upon arrival, I was informed by the receptionist the room I booked is not available because apparently they didn't do my booking thus is not recorded and missed out even though I booked through the app a week earlier. So they had to give me the cheaper room. I'm not getting my money back even though I booked a more expensive room. Then, I had to come back to the hotel during lunch hour the next day to move to room that matched with what I booked. Upon check out I was asked to return receipt to get back my deposit but there was no receipt given during check in, I guess the receptionist whom I checked in forgot about it when he had to make some calls about the booking situation. Thankfully the manager was there during check out to explain to the receptionist and she gave me my deposit back.

Strategic location, rooms are a bit small but clean and quite comfortable to live in.
