At first I was hesitant because of the previous reviews, but after arriving it turned out to be not as bad as written. Just to note that the AC is broken, but there is no problem because the air is cold enough. The refrigerator is broken, the water heater is also broken but it can be worked around because it can boil water. Thank you, hopefully in the future my input can be used as a consideration.

For access to nearby tourist attractions, but for the facilities in the villa, please pay attention again, the bed is small in my opinion because it is for 4 people (2 adults 2 small children), the kitchen equipment is lacking, the electrical sockets are more considered especially for the TV area, water, the fan is prone to coming off and unfortunately there is no WIFI, it would be nice if there was a prayer room and please pay attention again in the future to the cleanliness of the villa 🙏 and for the bathroom there is no soap provided, and there is no free tea, coffee, or noodles like the one I stayed in block E 🙏 hopefully the villa will be considered and maintained so that people will be more comfortable to stay, and there is no carpet so you can't lie down on the floor because it's cold 😃

At first I was hesitant and didn't have high expectations because of the bad reviews from people, but after arriving at the villa location, it wasn't as bad as people's reviews, the villa was quite good and clean, the room was clean and comfortable, even though the water heater couldn't be used, it didn't matter because there was a stove and kettle so I could boil water for the kids to bathe. The villa is as shown in the photo description.

It's not clean enough, the water heater doesn't work, the front water leaks, the room smells musty, the doormat smells, the AC is just a patch because it doesn't work. Some of the lights were off, it was my fault that I ordered not looking at the review first.

Airnya ngga nyala, plafon kamar ada akarnya, kebersihan alat makan ngga begitu bersih, berjamur, colokan listrik sedikit, kabel semrawutt, ga ada handuk, atau gula kopi minimal. Dengan harga segitu di villa lain fasilitasnya lebih oke.

Rumahnya nyaman, lingkungan enak, bersih, air hangat fungsi normal, air lancar, kompor & gas tersedia. Overall sangat cocok untuk libiran keluarga. Saran: kitchen set & peralatan makan sebelum disewakan dibersihkan total dahulu, kamar yang dalam dinding atas yang kotor rembes air dicat ulang.

Villa yang bagus untuk keluarga, ada ruangan khusu mushola. Jujur awalnya saya menyesal memesan villa ini setelah membaca review terakhir karena saya memesan tanpa membaca review, alhamdulillah sudah banyak perbaikan dari pemilik sehingga terasa nyaman, hanya AC yang perlu di ganti. Respon pelayanan sangat memuaskan. Gas selalu tersedia untuk memasak dan water heater berfungsi dengan baik.

The worst villa I've ever stayed in while on vacation in Batu. 1. Complaint no response at all. 2. The water heater is dead, there is no action at all. 3. Refrigerator is broken. 4. The dispenser is broken. 5. The mosquito net was opened instead it fell out. 6. Leftovers from old customers' drinks kept in the fridge are not thrown away. 7. The air conditioner is broken. 8. The condition of the bathroom is such. It is better to repair it before renting it.

Suitable for family tourists, the villa in the form of 1 house unit with 2 rooms is very fitting and private. The location is close to tourist spots in Batu. Anyway, it's recommended.

The condition of the villa does not match the photos. Which looks clean. Kitchen equipment is no longer suitable for use. The room at the back is less bright/dark and smells musty. Lots of dirt under the dresser chair and the bed.

Comfortable, clean, running water, warm water available, complete kitchen equipment.
