This is my second time staying at Hotel Infiniti, but the response I got was less than friendly service, starting from the long and too rigid check-in process according to the check-in time of 14.00, no greetings to guests even though this hotel is a hospitality world that prioritizes excellent service, the layout of the Superior room and access from the 4th floor elevator to room 4b03 via the evacuation room stairs that should not be passed by guests except in emergencies, the roof of the room that was almost hit by the head of an adult who was 180cm tall, the location of the sink under the AC next to the bed was not in its place. However, from that, this hotel is very clean. My suggestion for the future is to maximize 'Service Excellent' to guests staying at least say 'Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Night Sir/Madam' to every guest who passes by the hotel area. Please, Sir/Madam HRD/Management of Infiniti Hotel. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel to visit because of its close access to everywhere, there is an Indomaret in front of the hotel, near Mangga Besar Station, near BCA ATM, near the nightclub. Always be successful Infiniti Hotel.
