Nice hotel, good onsen, there are 3 types of pools

Wonderful hotel and view. Had lovely time here.

Pro : This hotel was my first time that i experienced 3 kinds of onsen pools in one place. Con : AC remote has no english mode and temperature is unable to adjust below 22 celcius since they fixed with central AC.

View Mt. The very impressive Fuji can be seen from the room window and there are vehicles to pick up and drop off at Kawaguchiko station.

Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean. Perfect for 2 persons staying. Located near Gotemba Premium outlet. Near a bus station for Tokyo and Gotemba Premium Outlet.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, there are staff who can speak English, and there is a shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station, so it is convenient. The room is clean and there is a smoking area outside.

The room is very good, with a full view of Fuji. But there are high voltage wires covering it. There is a free shuttle service between Kawasguchiko Station and the hotel. Got to the station. Walk to the information center and the officer will call the hotel car to pick you up.
