The view is amazing, I loved it so much! The service was excellent. The price is high but acceptable.

The accommodation is not far from the bus and train stations; you can walk from the bus station to the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, with a full view of Mount Fuji. The onsen (hot spring bath) is great, with several baths to choose from, including a milk bath. It's also close to convenience stores and restaurants.

I liked it very much. The breakfast was delicious, there was a shuttle service to Kawaguchi-ko station, and there was an onsen (hot spring). Overall, it was a very impressive hotel.

Pro: This hotel was my first time that I experienced 3 kinds of onsen pools in one place. Con: AC remote has no English mode and temperature is unable to adjust below 22 degrees Celsius since they fixed with central AC.

The room is very good, with a full view of Fuji. But there are high voltage wires covering it. There is a free shuttle service between Kawasguchiko Station and the hotel. Got to the station. Walk to the information center and the officer will call the hotel car to pick you up.
