I stayed just for vacation, arrived at 14.22 check in process waited again for about 15-20 minutes, the room should have been tidied up before 14.00, so I didn't have to wait long, for the room was spacious, clean, all the equipment was complete.. but in the middle of the night I saw a cockroach under the bed.. it seems like the underside of the bed wasn't cleaned.. it was a bit ticklish and somehow felt, for the standard breakfast for *4, I went down at 7 some of the food was already finished and it didn't seem to be refilled again, a 12 year old child was charged 75K. for drinks can be refilled from the dispenser outside the room.. hopefully the cleanliness and breakfast will be better. Thank you

Check-in was delayed by 3 PM due to travel issues, but we were greeted warmly by both security and reception. Originally booked for two nights, we extended for another night. The location is close to the event area.

Security is very friendly both in the parking lot and in the lobby. Good job. Spacious parking lot. Easy check in. Deposit 100k. Standard stay experience okay for the Cikarang area. The good thing is the swimming pool is quite child friendly on the 3rd floor. Lots of seats. Toilet and shower are available. there is a small pool 60cm and 1.2 m. For breakfast 0-5 free 6-12 half price (37,500) quite cheap. Get a room on the 7th floor with a view of the warehouse and industrial area. Close to Aeon Delta Mas (only 10 minutes) and Lippo Mall Cikarang. (12-15 minutes).

The bed cover has a fairly large stain. Overall, it could be better.

This is our second staycation at Quest, highly recommend the friendliness of the staff. Especially the receptionist, they are the friendliest. The swimming pool is also a favorite among the kids. The breakfast is really good.
