This inn is really dirty, as soon as I arrived I was already being rude and asked for a room downstairs but there was none, when I got there the room was really dirty, there were animals all over the bed that made me itchy so I ended up moving to another inn, I checked in at 5 pm and checked out at 9 pm because I couldn't stand it anymore, it was really dirty, no one should want to stay here #honestreview!

When we arrived at the BnV, the family room that we ordered turned out to be the AC was off, the fan was replaced, the TV was off. From the BnV side, we want to replace it with a standard room, but we refuse. After 1 day we moved to the room next to us which was empty, we finally moved. According to the AC, the TV is on, but at night we sleep there are rats. Please for cleanliness, comfort, very lacking, in the room even though the mop is still sticky and has been swept there are still hairs. Hopefully in the future cleanliness and comfort will be improved again so that guests can come back to stay at the BnV when they are in Jogjakarta

+ the price is quite cheap. + easy access. There is a car park. + cold air conditioning. - cramped rooms & broken wardrobes, not maintained. - mattresses do not fit. When ordering, it says king size can fit 3 people. In fact the queen size is for 2 people.- no shampoo & soap.- the trash can is not cleaned.- the bed sheet is thin & dirty, lots of stains.- the size of the blanket can only be for 1 person.- hot water doesn't work.

The hotel room was full when I checked in, so I was moved to another branch without compensation, the staff service was not friendly, until I immediately called the owner to complain. The lights went out in the middle of the night until dawn, so I couldn't sleep.

Not really staying here. Service is not friendly. Old bookings even get ugly like this.

The AC remote was broken, it was cold all night. The blanket is too thin enough for one person.

The location is quite crowded. the check-in and check-out process is very simple. All facilities are functioning normally. However, please clean the floors and walls, because the impression of creepy so a little appears.
