There was no drinking water in the room. I told the cleaning staff to clean it but they forgot. The staff's attitude and professionalism were average. Convenient location, fairly new house, only bad thing about the staff's attitude.

Good service, friendly and enthusiastic staff

Personally, I find this branch staff enthusiastic, cheerful and quite friendly. Room is like the picture. Clean. Strong wifi. Car alley can enter.

Booked a room with a standing mirror but got a room without a mirror. The lights were a bit dark and there were cockroaches. But it was nice and early check-in was supported depending on room availability.

Inadequate eating utensils

No toiletries, poor customer service.

The counter staff is very good. Fanpage supports quickly. The room is beautiful and luxurious, just the type of studio I like.

The location is very convenient for me. I wish there were policies to support early check in and daily room cleaning.

The housekeeper's attitude is very bad. The room is clean ok. You have to go down to the first floor to get water.

Wanted to check in early but couldn't, had to arrive on time to check in. Except for the room not being soundproof so everyone walking back and forth in the room could hear, everything was pretty good for me.

A very disappointing experience for the receptionist, no customer guidance but an arrogant attitude, the room was very clean and the location was suitable. I arrived at the hotel and rang the bell, waited a bit long so I rang it a second time, and then I was reminded "the first ring is enough", I said I was standing in a hidden corner and didn't see him come out so I rang it. After that, he still spoke with a bad attitude, when I checked in, he acted like I was staying for free. I paid to stay, not to receive such an indifferent reception. I will never come to Cozrum at 135/4 Nguyen Cuu Van again.

Easy to find, the room is bigger than we expected. The host is friendly and helpful. But the room a bit dirty (the floor), so we need to clean it with wipes.

Rất tốt, rất thoải mái thời gian, có điều chính 3 ngày dọn phòng 1 lần thì thấy không hợp lí cho lắm
