the bed/mattress is not very comfortable...otherwise it is very comfortable.

For the room, it's okay, there's a sofa bed and a refrigerator. However, the towels were damp/a bit wet from the start when I arrived, there were quite a lot of small cockroaches and no insect spray, it was a bit dusty too, there were spider webs, the AC was cold hot cold hot and a bit noisy,

The room is suitable for that budget, with the need for just sleeping.

I booked 1 studio room via Traveloka. Got a room on the Sapphire floor tower. 16 rooms 61. For 1 night use only. IN date. July 24 out July 25 2024. Because my brother died in RD. St. Carolus. Tempatnya bersih rapi. Ada dispenser handuk bersih sabun sampo. Overall recommended walopun sempat negativ thinking pas mau cek in ga ada kunci. Untung teamnya gercep.

The sofa is dirty, the mattress is unfit for use, soft and the bed sheets are worn out.

Clean rooms, beds per, there is a sofa bed. The toilet water faucet is leaking but it's not a problem. It was suggested that the painting of the dancers be replaced with a fruit painting because it was quite scary.

The unit is clean, the CS apart is slow in response, the house keeping response is faster. AC room is very cold. Complete cooking utensils, no WiFi, and also only 2 TV channels. For parking the motorbike by the hour and there is no maximum. Oh yes, in the apartment unit, complete amenities, lots of fast food restaurants around the apartment.

Setelah itu kunci apartemen akan diberikan dengan jaminan deposit yang akan dikembalikan setelah unit dicek. Tersedia galon air, peralatan masak, peralatan makan minum, kompor, handuk, amenities selain sikat gigi dan odol.

Besides the price is affordable, the service is friendly, the place is cool for a staycation, the only minus is that the rooms are narrow but reasonable with the price rate. Anyway, satisfied and steady, will stay here again one day.

My partner and I are very happy to staycation here 😍 all the facilities are very good and fun. Security are all friendly. Next time will definitely staycation here again 😊.

The swimming pool is big and clean. The Jacuzzi is still unusable. For the room according to the photo, clean, comfortable although a bit cramped. There is a sofa bed. Provided 2pcs towels, shampoo, soap & cutlery. No cooking utensils including stove. There are snacks provided (paid). The hot water is only hot for a while. Overall good. Recommend to stay here. I am interested in staying here again.
